Apes Suentes was launched in June 2021 after I realised that my passion for sewing and buying fabric had grown. I have always been quite crafty, having learnt to cross stitch and knit as a child. I had also dabbled with a sewing machine, but in 2018 I went on a dressmaking course and that is where my passion exploded. I also enjoy crochet and in particular Amigurumi (art dolls). I like creating little decorative gnomes.

I live in Lightwater, Surrey and am lucky to have a room dedicated to my sewing. You can also find my products at Craft Coop in Camberley, a Community Interest Company that allows local crafters to sell their wares in a town.
